One or more representatives of the Client who are responsible for maintaining the Client Account.

Advertisement

Any advertising material supplied by the Client.

Advertisers' Administration Page(s)

The web pages through which access is gained to the Client Account and from which the Client Account can be managed.

Advertiser Information Document

Online documentation detailing the advertising packages available from , including: the Services the Client will receive, the Fees for the Services, what Advertising material is required from the Client, what format it should be in and a brief manual of how to use the Client Account.

Applicant

The person who has applied to a job advertised on the website or someone who has submitted their CV for inclusion on the searchable database.

Artwork Banner

A digital graphic advertisement promoting the Client. All Artwork Banners have a hyperlink to the Client's Profile. The format of Artwork Banners is specified in the Advertiser Information Document.

Click / Clicking

A single depression and release of the left mouse button (in the standard mouse button configuration) with the pointer's focus maintained over the specified hyperlink.

Client

The person(s), firm or company to whom the Services are provided.

Client Account

An online Service which allows the Client to manage their Job Slot Vacancies, to search our CV database, to view CVs, to monitor their use of the database, to view statistics relating to the number of hits any vacancy has received, and to manage their Client Account Administrators.

Client Profile

The Client Profile is a web page that contains the details of one Client that are pertinent to Job Seekers applying for vacancies, including company name, company address, contact e-mail address, company website URL and a brief description of the business. The Client Profile also has a hyperlink to a complete listing of the Client's Job Slot Vacancies.

Constructor Technology Ltd.

CV

The curriculum vitae of a Job Seeker, usually containing a brief outline of the Job Seeker's education, training, skills and employment experience.

CV Services

A Service that enables Clients to search our CV database and view CVs of interest.

End Client

The person(s), firm or company who has requested the Client to act on their behalf.

Feature Page Advertisement

An advertising package that has an Artwork Banner on the featured employers page. The Artwork Banner has a hyperlink to the Client Profile.

Fees

The fees and charges payable by the Client as specified in the Advertiser Information Document.

Hits

The number of times a web page is browsed over a given time period, or the number of times a hyperlink from a Job Slot Vacancy search result is used to open a web page.

Home Page Advertisement

An advertising package that has an Artwork Banner on the home/search page. The Artwork Banner has a hyperlink to the Client Profile.

Hyperlink

A documentation cross-reference method to enable the retrieval of a specified document (webpage, *.pdf or other format) by Clicking on the text/image or other media which has a hyperlink.

Jobs by E-mail

A Service that sends details of relevant jobs vacancies via e-mail to Job Seekers who have expressly requested this service.

Job Seekers

Persons using this website to seek employment.

Job Seeker Services

The Services that are provided by us to help Job Seekers find employment.

Job Slot Vacancy

A text only Advertisement containing a single job vacancy, which is available to Job Seekers via an online search and may also be provided to Job Seekers via the 'Jobs by E-mail' service, where appropriate.

Service Period

Each Service is provided for the duration specified in the Terms and Conditions and in the Advertiser Information Document, which is known as the Service Period.
